Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to DC Dotaciones Corporativas, hereinafter referred to as "The Site" or "dotacionescorporativas.com", incorporated under Colombian laws, whose main activity is to display and commercialize products and services for online purchase by consumers located in the Republic of Colombia, hereinafter referred to as "Customers" or "Users".
Dotacionescorporativas.com is controlled and operated by DC Dotaciones Corporativas, hereinafter referred to as (DC Dotaciones Corporativas), a company domiciled in the Republic of Colombia. Users who decide to access the Site from other countries do so on their own initiative and it is their responsibility to comply with applicable local laws. Any claim related to the use of the Site and the material contained therein is regulated by Colombian laws.
By accessing the Site, the User acknowledges having read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to as ("Terms and Conditions"), and therefore undertakes to respect their content, privacy policy, legal notices and all the disclaimer clauses contained therein.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, at any time, and from the date of modification of these Terms and Conditions, all transactions between DC Dotaciones Corporativas and the User will be governed by the modified document.
1. User Registration on the Site
The following personal information will be collected during the registration process on the Site:
1. Contact information, including name, identification number, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, and email.
2. Recipient identification number if different from the User.
4. Information related to personal interests and product preferences.
5. The User may find information regarding Habeas Data in point 16.
6. User Capacity.
The services of Dotacionescorporativas.com are available only to those individuals who have the legal capacity to contract as provided by current Colombian legislation. If the User lacks such legal capacity, they will not be able to carry out transactions on the Site.
1. User Verification - Use Impediment
By accessing this Site, the User undertakes to provide correct and true personal information for the effective delivery of the quote. Dotacionescorporativas.com will examine the request submitted by the User and reserves the right to verify the data communicated by each of the Users. If an inconsistency is found in the User's information at the time of registration or if they fail to notify any changes, Dotacionescorporativas.com will not send the quote.
2. User Responsibility
The User undertakes to promptly notify the corresponding financial or cooperative sector entity of the loss or theft of their credit card and other instruments provided by them to carry out transactions, such as debit cards, personal passwords, etc., in order for such instruments to be disabled.
The User is prohibited from transmitting or sending from this Site any illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, pornographic, and/or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the Law. Likewise, the User agrees not to use any device, software, among others to obstruct the correct functioning of the Site and its contents and the activities carried out therein.
1. Products and/or Services
Dotacionescorporativas.com offers its Users mainly corporate uniforms.
5.1. Product Display
Dotacionescorporativas.com displays product images with the greatest clarity and precision possible. However, the color display of the products will depend on the monitor from which the Site is accessed.
5.2. Product Availability
Dotacionescorporativas.com is responsible for updating the page and constantly reviewing the products and/or services displayed on the Site. However, Dotacionescorporativas.com may modify and discontinue products and/or services at any time without incurring any liability to Site Users.
5.3. Quantity Limitation and Order Restriction
The Site may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased by the Customer when the purchase does not comply with the conditions and restrictions informed at the time of purchase. In such cases, Dotaciones Corporativas will reject outright purchases that exceed the maximum number of authorized units for one (1) identification number. This means that a person identified in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia may make purchases, per day, up to the maximum number authorized as applicable. These restrictions may include orders made from the same account registered on the Site, payments made with the same credit and/or debit card, and orders with the same shipping or billing address.
1. Payment Conditions
The price to be paid for each item purchased will be the price in effect on the Site at the time the order is placed.
Before Dotaciones Corporativas accepts any purchase offer, the Customer must choose the payment terms and conditions according to the payment methods established on the Site.
Dotaciones Corporativas provides Users with a secure connection system for transactions carried out on the Site. However, under no circumstances will it be responsible for failures that occur in the communications of banking or credit entities, nor for damages caused to the Customer as a result of an action or omission by such entities.
Once the Site verifies payment, it may proceed to accept the purchase offer. In any case, even after payment verification, Dotaciones Corporativas may refuse to accept a purchase offer or accept it partially. In such cases, it will only be obliged to refund the Customer, without interest or return, the amount paid for the purchase offer that was not accepted, or the percentage corresponding to the unapproved portion of a partially accepted purchase offer.
It is the Customer's responsibility to pay the outstanding balance within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the notification that the order is ready to be shipped. In the event that payment is not made within the established time frame, Dotaciones Corporativas will not refund the money, nor will it receive garments for the value of the down payment, and the Customer will then lose all rights to claim the garments after the established time frame, even if payment is made outside the established time frame.
1. Payment Information
Within the alternatives contemplated on the Site for the payment of selected products, Dotaciones Corporativas (DC Dotaciones Corporativas) makes available to Users a link that communicates with the respective payment gateways authorized by the Site. In such events, the handling of personal information will be the sole responsibility of the payment gateway. Users must accept the Terms and Conditions of Use of the payment gateway before making their transactions.
1. Contract Perfection and Property Transfer
The contract is perfected when Dotaciones Corporativas (DC Dotaciones Corporativas) accepts the purchase offer presented by the Customer. Dotaciones Corporativas (DC Dotaciones Corporativas) may partially accept purchase offers, in which case the contract will only be perfected for the products and/or services accepted by the Site.
In the event that the price of the products and/or services object of a purchase offer is not paid, it will be understood that there is a breach of the contract, which is cause for termination by Dotaciones Corporativas (DC Dotaciones Corporativas) assuming the Customer the value of the damages derived from said breach.
1. Shipping Charges
The Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. The shipping cost will be assumed by the Customer upon delivery of the order. Value insured by the total invoiced amount.
Product Delivery
Dotaciones Corporativas only agrees to make deliveries within Colombian territory, in the areas and places to which it has access according to its network, and therefore, it may refuse to accept an offer to purchase when the address registered by the Client for delivery is not within the geographic areas enabled by Dotaciones Corporativas for such purpose.
The products purchased by the Client will be delivered to the address that the client specifies when making the offer to purchase, within a period that may range from 7 to 15 business days depending on the type of order and destination, counted from the date on which the Site accepts the corresponding offer to purchase, and provided that the terms and conditions of payment have been determined in advance and there are no causes beyond the control of Dotaciones Corporativas that could delay delivery, such as any event of force majeure.
It is understood that any person present at the delivery address will be duly authorized by the Client to receive the order. Therefore, Dotaciones Corporativas will be exempt from any responsibility for the delivery it makes, provided that it is made at the address registered on the Site.
If the order is not received at the designated address after 3 (three) visits by the carrier, Dotaciones Corporativas will proceed with the return of the products. In this case, the Client will be obliged to contact the Site within a maximum period of three (3) calendar days so that the reshipment can be processed, in which case the shipping and insurance costs that arise will be borne by the Client, and until they are paid, Dotaciones Corporativas will not be obliged to make the shipment again.
If the Client does not request the reshipment within the indicated period or does not pay the additional value for the reshipment, Dotaciones Corporativas may cancel the transaction and will only be obliged to refund the amount paid for the products and/or services, deducting the value of the transportation expenses incurred.
According to the Colombian Consumer Statute, Dotacionescorporativas.com will accept repairs and returns of purchased products that are defective and/or whose quality deficiency makes them unfit for their intended use, according to the parameters of the guarantees provided by the respective manufacturer. Dotacionescorporativas.com will have 30 business days to make the exchanges and/or returns, which will be counted from the moment the Customer receives their order. In these cases, the shipping costs will be assumed by Dotacionescorporativas.com. Customized products with the customer's brand DO NOT APPLY for exchanges.

Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges can be made within a maximum of 8 calendar days after receiving the product. The products must retain their original characteristics. The invoice must be presented for all exchanges.
Exoneration and Guarantees
In accordance with the current regulations in the Republic of Colombia, the material contained on the Site, including, without limitation, texts, graphics, links (links), are provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose that do not contravene or infringe the rights of third parties.
Dotacionescorporativas.com warns Users that the information on the Site may contain errors or inaccuracies, may not be complete or up-to-date. Therefore, Dotacionescorporativas.com reserves the right to correct any error, omission or inaccuracy, change or update it at any time and without prior notice.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
By accessing the Site, the User expressly agrees that its use is at his/her sole risk and responsibility.
Neither Dotacionescorporativas.com nor its respective employees and associated third parties guarantee that the use of the Site will not be interrupted or contain errors. Under no circumstances shall Dotacionescorporativas.com or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, unforeseen, special or emergent damages that may arise, whether due to the use or inability to use the Site, including damages that arise as a result of your reliance on information obtained on the Site that causes errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any other type of error in its operation.
Without prejudice to what is determined in the mandatory rules of applicable Colombian legislation, DC Dotaciones Corporativas assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage or harm, including but not limited to, loss of information or profits, existence of viruses, results of use or inability to use the material on this site, lost business opportunities, or any other damage, even if the User has warned about the possibility of such damages, or for any third party claim, except as expressly stipulated herein.
Under the terms stated here, DC Dotaciones Corporativas assumes no responsibility for the information provided on the website, including but not limited to, information regarding products and/or services, notes of interest, opinions, practical advice, and inquiries. Dotacionescorporativas.com assumes no responsibility for any problems or inability to use the Site or any of its pages, including but not limited to events such as server or connection problems, communication interruptions, and technical issues.
In case the use of the material on this site results in the need for service, repair, or correction of equipment or information, the User shall assume any costs resulting from it. The preceding limitation of liability shall apply in any legal action, even if the authorized representative of Dotacionescorporativas.com has been informed or previously had knowledge of such damages.
Intellectual Property Rights
All computer, graphic, advertising, photographic, multimedia, audiovisual, and/or design material, as well as all content, texts, and databases (hereinafter "the Content") made available to Users on the Site are the exclusive property of DC Dotaciones Corporativas, or third parties who have authorized their use and/or exploitation.
Likewise, the use of some third-party content is expressly authorized by law and is protected by copyright, trademark, and all applicable national and international laws.
Any act of copying, reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works, sale or distribution, or exhibition of the Content, in any way or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or any other means, without the prior written permission of Dotacionescorporativas.com or the copyright holder is prohibited.
In no case do these Terms and Conditions confer rights, licenses, and/or authorizations to perform the aforementioned acts. Any unauthorized use of the contents shall constitute a violation of these terms and conditions and of the applicable national and international laws on trademarks, copyrights, and/or other intellectual property rights, and shall result in civil and criminal actions.
Protection of Personal Data
By accepting the legal terms and conditions, the User indicates that he/she is aware of and authorizes DC Dotaciones Corporativas, in advance, expressly, and informedly, to store and use his/her personal data in order to achieve efficient communication during the current transaction or activity, and authorizes, on the same terms, that such information may be processed in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2011 and its Regulatory Decrees, in order to receive information about its products, services, offers, promotions, alliances, studies, contests, and contents. Likewise, the User has been informed about the policy for the protection of personal data available on the Site, which includes procedures for consultation and claim that allow the Users to exercise their rights to access, knowledge, consultation, rectification, updating, and deletion of data, and the User may also submit any request regarding personal data through the email: contacto@dotacionescorporativas.com
Exoneration of Responsibility
Whenever the existence of the violation of their personal information has not been timely notified by the User, or when the User has not proceeded to notify the corresponding financial or cooperative entities of the loss, improper use, theft or robbery of the instruments conferred by these entities to carry out transactions, or when there is an improper use of their registration data, Dotacionescorporativas.com assumes no responsibility for such actions.
Computer Security
- Cookies
Cookies are small data files that websites such as Dotacionescorporativas.com or emails save in the User's browser and optionally on the hard drive. Cookies allow us to "remember" information about their preferences and session, and allow the User to navigate within the areas of the Site without having to enter their data again.
This allows for a more personalized and comfortable shopping experience. DC Dotaciones Corporativas uses a third party to install cookies on the User's computer to collect non-personal and identifiable information. Although cookies contain a unique User ID, they do not collect or store any personally identifiable information.

DC Dotaciones Corporativas prohibits the use of its names and/or logos, trademarks, and any other distinctive signs of its ownership as hypertext links or in any other form ("links") directed to websites whose URL is different from http://www.dotacionescorporativas.com, unless the establishment of such a link is approved by DC Dotaciones Corporativas in writing, in which case it must adhere to the design and advertising criteria and manuals established by dotacionescorporativas.com.
DC Dotaciones Corporativas reserves the right to request the removal of links that have been established on websites without its express and prior authorization. The establishment of links to subdirectories within the URL http://www.Dotacionescorporativas.com ("Deeplinking") on pages not controlled by DC Dotaciones Corporativas is prohibited.
The display, use, exhibition, copying, or any other form of reproduction of the Site of any of its subdirectories and/or pages, in sites not controlled by DC Dotaciones Corporativas ("Framing") is expressly prohibited. Failure to comply with these prohibitions will constitute a violation of intellectual property rights over the content and of rights over industrial property.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy arising from this document shall be subject to the applicable laws and competent judges in accordance with Colombian legislation.
Independence of Provisions
In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are deemed null, illegal, or ineffective in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of this document shall not be affected or invalidated by such circumstance.
